New AMA Programming VP Means Business

Looking to attend in-person marketing events or interested in speaking opportunities in Columbus? Look no further than our new VP of Programming, Yulia Hock, CDMP, PCM. She would love to speak with you about it; find her at an upcoming AMA Columbus event!

“I am truly excited about the opportunity to serve as the programming VP for the 2024-25 term. My goal is to bring more engaging educational and networking events to Columbus,” Yulia said. “The AMA is an amazing community that fosters personal connections, aids professionals in finding jobs, and assists employers in locating marketers and vendors. This not only saves time but also helps our members thrive.”

Yulia Hock CDMP, PCM is the Marketing Director at HOCK International. She is the VP of Programming for the AMA Columbus for the 2024-25 term.

Yulia is the marketing director for HOCK International, a family-owned training company that offers study materials for finance and accounting professionals.

“My work is remote, and now that my kids have graduated, I have more opportunities to get out of the house, give back to the community, and start organizing in-person events with the Columbus AMA Chapter,” Yulia said.

Yulia has a flair for the theatrical. In college, she was an actress and even a clown for kids’ birthdays and other events. However, the years she has spent honing her marketing and communication skills for a professional audience mean her contributions to the AMA Columbus are no joke.

Yulia, who is originally from Russia, lives in the Columbus metro area with her husband, the founder of HOCK international. She has three grown children proudly attending Ohio colleges.
