May Luncheon: Now that’s Social: Wendy’s Social Media Marketing
Featuring Brandon Rhoten, VP of Digital & Social Media for Wendy’s: Pretzel Bun Love Songs, “massive stupidity,” and nutritional information for double bacon cheeseburgers: They’re all part of Wendy’s social media strategy to let customers lead the conversation — not marketing. In his presentation at our May luncheon, Brandon Rhoten shares how they do it without being “interruptive.”
About the speaker: Brandon Rhoten leads digital and social media for Wendy’s International, one of the world’s largest restaurant chains.
