JULY 22: Expert Duo Helps Your Customer Experience Strategy Triumph

Marketing gurus Stan Phelps and Tom Triumph this July will teach AMA Columbus members how to supercharge innovation and develop the most lucrative kind of customers: satisfied ones.
The pair will speak at a luncheon Monday, July 22 in Columbus as guests of the American Marketing Association Columbus Chapter in Franklin University’s Phillips Hall, room PH100, at 303 S. Grant St. downtown. The title of the talk is “Improving Creativity and Customer Experience.”
A Triumph of Innovation
Tom Triumph is a business and technology executive experienced with Fortune 500 firms and entrepreneurial startups; has participated in two global technology revolutions; and is the author of the book Evolve or Die: Lessons for World-Class Innovation & Creativity.
